Atlanta, GA

First stop Georgia Aquarium. I didn't know that you could have an aquarium in an area that didn't seem to be near any particularly large or significant body of water. Surprisingly, it was very nice, we took advantage of everything they had to offer. We stayed all day and still didn't get finished.

We visited the Titanic display where they give you a ticket up front with the name of a real passenger and then you have to check the roster at the end to find out if you survived. I can't remember who did and who didn't. We saw an animated 3-D film who's main character was a fish named Deepo (we picked one up in the gift shop) and the main theme was conservation and saving the Earth.

Then we went to meet Gina, Dwayne, Vee, and Nancy (my hairdresser from my college year in Atlanta) for dinner at this really cool burger joint.
The kids were zonked and we couldn't resist taking this picture of the peaceful Mohicans.
Before we went to visit the Art Institute we had breakfast with my best friend Denise and her hubby Michael. I hadn't seen her since I was 9 months pregnant with Max and drove the 8 hours to make it to their wedding. So she got to meet both of the baby's and we got to chat it up for a few minutes before we got out of town.

The Art Institute visit was great! Campus was awesome, we have to figure out how to make it happen. Pray for us.
