Beta Club

On Max's actual birthday we decided to attend Markisha's Beta Club induction ceremony. To be a member of Beta Club you have to have a 3.0 GPA and good citizenship scores. We are very proud of Markisha. She is a senior at Parkview Arts/Science Magnet High School this year.
Markisha and Max. Kisha has on a fabulous black dress that my mother picked out for her and Kisha bought aginst her will when we were on vacation in Chicago this summer. I wish we had a good full shot of her in it; she looked like a doll!

Proud, but frightened looking Daddy. Rodney doesn't make it into most shots because he's usually taking the pictures, but I did manage to get this one. That expression on his face is indicative of his feelings about Markisha growing up and graduating from high school this year. Afraid . . . very afraid!
