Graduation - The Middle

Actually the last post should have been titled Pre-Graduation. This is actually the beginning of the commencement ceremony. Below is KWK's march in to the arena with all of the teachers. It is significant because she got to be on the floor for her first graduating grandchild, but also because it may be her last. She claims that she is retiring. I personally will not believe it until I see it! On with the festivities.
Dr. Booth presided over the ceremony in Dr. Brown's place. She had a medical emergency involving her only child in another state and could not attend. Her son recovered nicely from the incident, which involved a fairly common procedure.

Markisha standing as her scholarships listed. So far she has received $4000 to cover her first semester at ASU that will cost $6800 per semester.
I just like this shot; I thought her expression was interesting. They are waiting to march out to do the "Circle of Friendship."

Caps in the air. It's ova! Now to start the rest of their young lives.
